Stress is good if it happens for a short period. Here’s why?
When you feel stress, the muscle and limbs function together as a whole. This autoresponse system is good and it can help to prevent you from disease and infection. Only it it’s a short stress.

Here’s another reason why a short duration of stress is good. When we feel stress, our body will treat it as danger and as a result, our body gears up to face the challenge. That increases the immune system of your body and your brain.
Ever seen people who perform extraordinarily in a stressful situation? They actually tap onto the unfair advantage from the short stress.
See, not all stress are bad. If you know how to manipulate them properly, it can be turned into plenty of advantages for you. A person who knows how to manage their stress can inject or eliminate the stress from himself whenever and wherever he wants it.
In another words, the stress won’t stick long within him because he can control it. He is the master of his stress, not the slave.
