Hi Raymond,
I choose to practice peace. Life is to short to get all stressed out. When I feel like I am getting stressed I always stop and think, “Is this really going to matter at the end of the day or tomorrow?” Usually the answer is NO, so I just take 3 deep breaths and move on.
Learning to deal with stress is a must and it is wonderful to have someone around like you Raymond to help others deal with it.
Blessing to you,
Debbie

I like the phrase “practice peace”. Thanks for that, something I will definitely be thinking about.

Hi Debbie,
Thanks for your kind words. You ask yourself a high quality question and that’s very good because the quality of the question we ask determine the quality of our lives.

I don’t know if I see stress and peace as opposites – and “practice peace” seems an odd phrase. I’m generally not aggressive, but I am very active in “fighting” through organisations such as Amnesty International (even though my weapon is a pen!

Hi David,
I guess it depends on individual definition.

Hi Raymond,
Like Debbie, I’ve always loved living in peace and that’s also the reason why I decided to live the life I wanted now with my beautiful wife.
I wish you peaceful life too and best regards.
Tyrone.
